What is a Soft Serve?

It’s a serve, done softly… and with caution.

Despite what you may think, not every gay guy is effortlessly stylish, chiseled and always on trend, and that’s perfectly fine with Eliot Glazer and H. Alan Scott. Admittedly uncool, these best friends somehow manage to navigate life inside LA’s “gay bubble,” yet somehow always remain just on the outskirts of the LGBTQ+ zeitgeist. They’re never invited to the kiki, don’t know the dress code, and remain only half interested in whatever buzzy memes and trends are lighting up on Gay Twitter. (And yes, they still call it Twitter.)

Sure, they wouldn’t necessarily go to the party, anyway, but an invitation would be nice.

Still, what they lack in cool, they make up for in charm, wit, and a generous dose of self-awareness, just what is needed in the podcast space. And on each episode of Soft Serve, Eliot and H. Alan are joined by friends and fellow misfits eager to explore their outsiderdom to celebrate the beautifully awkward art of not fitting in.
